4. The distress market of 2008~ish allowed community designed economic rules to be broken.
5. When maintenance fees feel too high for the price the best answer is to raise the price not lower the maintenance fee.
6. Marketing is the act of knowing what you’re selling and then knowing how to sell it. DTwpb Condos are not being marketed properly.
7. Rents impact value. Note the new rental projects and aim to fetch 20% more.
8. The National Housing Market has trended up in value since 2012 and we haven’t. Check the charts on buildings note the years 13' 14' 15'... listed Jan~Dec.
9. Inventory is low. New residential projects are at least 3 years away from occupancy.
