So after playing with this property near $1.6 we're back to a more fair market price of $1,398,888 .... I expect the activity to tick up and the property be in the hands of new ownership come the fall. That being said, we understand the dynamics surrounding this location and the $1.4 we're asking today may be a steal years down the road sooooo...... We're open to talk leases starting at $10,888 a month.

So in the end it seems our 4,000 isn't big enough to accommodate the demand for www.SPACEwpb.com and we're now re-offering the property to the highest bidder.
